“What Happens After I Place my Order For a New Shed or Carport/Garage?”

Hi my name is Sean Nicholson Owner/GM of ShedMart USA. When You decide to purchase your New Shed or Carport/Garage, We will sit down together in my office and Fill out a Contract for Cash Purchase or Rent To Own, Pick Colors ( if Shed or Carport/Garage is being Ordered ), A total price will be given, or Payment for RTO. If agreed upon, I will take your Deposit or Down Payment and You will sign the contract. You will be given a Copy of your contract which contains All Phone Numbers, Addresses and Email to the company in which you are Ordering from. i.e. Premier Portable Buildings or Eagle Carports. I will then Send the order to the Vendor. Depending on Lead times from the vendors, being 4-6 weeks with Premier or 6-8 weeks with Eagle, You can expect a phone call when your order is ready to Ship and be Delivered and Set Up. ALL Deliveries and Set Up is coordinated by the Vendors. I DO NOT SET UP AND DELIVER YOUR SHED OR CARPORT/GARAGE, Nor, Do I coordinate the people that do ,The vendor does that!!

” Can I choose a day for it to be delivered? “

NO!

You can Request a Specific Day for it to be delivered, But you may have wait and extended Lead time to do so!

Both Premier and Eagle Carports try their best to accommodate customers request, But You the customer have to understand, To receive the Shed or Carport/Garage that You Ordered in a timely manner, You may have to receive it on a day when they can be there to do so, I.e. You may have to take off work in order to accept delivery and set up of your New building even if it is Not the Day you request!!

” Does weather play a factor in the Delivery and Set Up?”

YES!! Nature Happens!!!

If it rains or snows for 2 weeks straight, be prepared to wait those extra weeks.

” Can you help me find out where my Order is?”

YES!!!

After 3 weeks, If you have not heard from the Vendor in which You ordered from. I can call the vendor and get and update on the status of your order, But I have to wait to talk to these people too, I Do Not have a HotLine to the vendors, Nor do I receive updates on the status of your order!

As Owner, I understand that You want your Shed or Carport/Garage in a timely manner, But we are Not perfect, Nature Happens, People Happen, Miscommunication Happens!

If You have not received a phone call about your order, You, The Customer can call and inquire about your Shed or Carport/Garage after at least 3 weeks, to inquire about Delivery and Set Up. All of the information to these vendors are on your Contract.
